Wimpy FBI agents are filling the gap - poorly. They want Jack to solve current problems for new lady president. Jack is surly and uninterested until... It's Tony Almeda that is the new terrorist. He's not dead. Angst ensues. New Lady FBI agent is Jacks handler. She is awed but tries to hide it. They follow leads. Jack almost pokes a dude eye out with a bic pen. More angst. Tony proves he has the ability to fly commercial airplanes into each other and create starvation in the US in mere days. Worry and angst. Jack and FBILady get Tony, but he's not talking about who he works for... yet. Tick tock tick tock.
